Which Apple Watch do I need?
Series 4 or later. AlignHealth uses HRV, heart rate, steps, and activity data — all available from Series 4 onwards. Newer watches provide more detailed data and better accuracy.
Is my health data private?
Completely. AlignHealth reads your Apple Health data on your iPhone and never uploads it anywhere. There are no external servers, no accounts, and no data sharing of any kind. Your story is yours.
How does it get smarter over time?
AlignHealth learns your personal rhythm — your typical HRV, your recovery patterns, how you respond to activity and rest. The longer you use it, the more accurately it understands what is normal for you specifically, not for the average person.
What is the workout video export?
